Welcome! The Schonesland Region of the Porsche Club of America is in our 50th year as a club and here in central Iowa we share your passion for all things Porsche. It doesn’t matter if it’s nostalgia for a vintage 356 or the exhilaration of a new GT3 or Taycan. You will find no shortage of enthusiasm among our members. Our roots go back to 1975, when Porsche enthusiasts in Iowa chartered the club giving it the name Schönesland, meaning “Beautiful Land” in German. Today the club boasts over 300 members and is the fastest growing region in Zone 10. There’s never been a better time to join us!

December 2, 2025: Registration for our 2025 holiday party is now closed with all spots filled. We are all looking forward to one again closing out another fantastic year in our club’s history in style! As with previous years, we’ll be offering our annual Schonesland calendar at the party – cost remains $20 each, but this year the calendar is focused strictly on images of our 50th Anniversary event from August.
